You will receive a labor and manufacturer warranty for your new roof. Your labor warranty will be written on the contract and is dependent on the type of shingle you choose. In general, economical 6 years, preferred 7 years and premium 8 years unless stated otherwise on your contract.
Economical shingle has a 25 year manufacturer warranty and the preferred/premium shingle line offers a lifetime manufacturer warranty.
